SHIPPING:
National: We ship throughout Colombia and to countries where we do not have authorized distributors. Shipping within Colombia ranges from $13,000 to $25,000 COP depending on the quantity and destination.
Dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, or Tuesday and Thursday if Monday is a holiday. Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days after shipping.
The estimated delivery dates are purely informative and do not commit KA MEDICAL APPAREL S.A.S to a specific delivery day. These are average delivery times that couriers take to deliver your order.
KA MEDICAL APPAREL S.A.S guarantees the departure date of your order from our facilities but not the arrival date, as this is beyond our control. The delivery time suggested on our website does not commit the company to deliver within that time frame, as couriers may take longer than suggested for some locations.
The product will be delivered to any adult at the address provided in the form or at the reception desk of the residential complex or building. It is important to note that shipping costs for the merchandise purchased may vary without prior notice, depending on the commercial conditions of our logistics operators and/or courier companies, increases, or other changes beyond KA MEDICAL APPAREL S.A.S’s control.
International: First, in the “Find Us” section, you can verify the countries where we have distributors and their contact numbers. If your country is not listed, you can purchase directly from us. Shipping is included in the uniform price, and you will find different prices depending on the number of units ordered. Your order will be shipped via DHL or FEDEX. Import taxes and fees are the customer’s responsibility, and any release or retention charges must be paid by the customer, as they are subject to each country’s regulations and are beyond KA MEDICAL APPAREL S.A.S’s control.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All our products can be exchanged. The customer must cover the shipping costs for the return and the new item selected for the exchange.
You can exchange unused products up to 30 calendar days (1 month) after purchase.
These items must be in perfect condition, complete, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. KA MEDICAL APPAREL S.A.S reserves the right to accept exchanges and returns after prior analysis of the case. To request an exchange, you must first contact us, and once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with the exchange.
For exchanges and returns, the shipping cost to KA MEDICAL APPAREL is the responsibility of the consumer. Packages sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
If you want to exchange one of the products you bought on www.wordpress-1329582-4864914.cloudwaysapps.com for a different size or color, follow these steps:
- Check if the product you want in the desired size or color is available by contacting us via WhatsApp +573137217600 to request the exchange.
- Once verified, send the product to Cra 27 No. 49 37 Local 01, Manizales, addressed to KA MEDICAL APPAREL, where we will inspect the condition of the product. If the product does not meet the exchange conditions, we will inform you via email or WhatsApp of the reason, and the product will be returned to the original delivery address with cash on delivery.
- The product must be properly packaged. Use the same packaging in which you received the order or a different one that protects the product during transportation.
- If the product was returned for a refund, the brand has up to 1 month to process and issue the refund.

WARRANTY POLICY:
To return a product under warranty, the garment may be used, without tags or labels. The products have a warranty of three months from the date of purchase. The product must not be modified or altered from its original condition, and it must be clean.
The warranty will cover defects such as broken zippers, open seams, or fabric defects (not damage caused by improper washing, use of hot irons, or burns). Please note the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the product labels, as we will not be responsible for any damage caused by improper handling or use of the products, including non-compliance with the instructions.
If you received an incorrect delivery, meaning the product delivered does not match what you ordered, follow these steps to receive the correct product:
- Send us an email at [email protected] or write to us via WhatsApp +57 3137217600 explaining the situation to receive a prompt response. You must do this within 3 business days after receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, clean, with tags and labels, in perfect condition (original packaging), and properly packaged. Use the same packaging in which you received the order or a different one that protects the product during transportation.
- Once the product is collected or sent to our facilities with cash on delivery, if it meets the conditions mentioned above, you will receive your correct order according to the delivery areas defined by KA MEDICAL APPAREL S.A.S.
- If the product is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a change in the order or a refund of the amount equivalent to the purchased product.
Products or orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, not necessarily to the person who placed the order.
In this case, the shipping cost will be covered by KA MEDICAL APPAREL S.A.S.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
In accordance with the right of withdrawal provided for in Law 1480 of 2011, Art. 47, the maximum period to exercise this right is 5 business days from the date of delivery or receipt of the product. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, meaning unused, clean, with tags and labels. The transportation and other costs incurred in returning the product to KA MEDICAL APPAREL S.A.S’s facilities will be borne by the user. These terms only apply to Colombia.
If all conditions are met, KA MEDICAL APPAREL S.A.S will refund the amount paid, less the corresponding shipping cost for the products, and the refund period will not exceed 30 calendar days.
To manage the return of a product under the right of withdrawal, you must do so through our website [email protected] by following these steps:
- Submit the change/return request and send it to our email [email protected] or inform us via WhatsApp +57 3137217600.
- After notifying us, send the product to the address in Manizales: Cra 27 No. 49 37 Local 01, addressed to KA MEDICAL APPAREL, where the condition of the product will be verified. Remember, it must arrive with tags and labels, clean, unused, and in perfect condition (original packaging). If the product does not meet the exchange conditions, we will inform you via email of the reason, and the product will be returned to the original delivery address with cash on delivery.
